Brief description and history of the work
This drawing was made at the time when members of the Infernalismus art group, especially one specific promoter, got interested in the annual cultural event called Žižkovská Noc (the Žižkov Night). When we started to cooperate more closely, I was asked whether I could support the event artistically in some way, with the theme and implementation being entirely up to me. I agreed to the request, but our future collaboration turned out to be disastrous to the point of fiasco, where to this day I have certain strong reservations about the Žižkov Night and mainly about their extreme pro-left organizers. Nevertheless, I am duly proud of my work. I hereby apologize to the left-wing promoters, but art is and always has been the prerogative of the market, and art is placed way higher than any political ideology. At least that is what I’m convinced of.
